MODULE 1: Understanding Habitat Flathead's homeownership program requirements.
This module will prepare you for Habitat's homeownership program, processes, and partnership requirements, as well as those of our related partners. You will know who our supporting partners are, and their expectations and purpose of their agreements.
We are fortunate to work with amazing partners and champions of affordable housing, such as Northwest Montana Community Land Trust, NeighborWorks Montana, Montana Board of Housing, Glacier Bank, etc.
Mentor and Homebuyer(s):
Review and discuss Partnership Agreement with Habitat Flathead.
Review agreements from supporting partners.
Review and dicuss Habitat International’s Safeguarding Behaviors.
Answer any questions from the Homebuyer(s).
Mentor asks questions to confirm understanding.
